SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING COSTS FOR GREECE
All our products are sent by Courier Center.
For orders up to 100.00 euros the shipping costs are 4.50 euros.
For orders over 100.00 euros shipping costs are FREE.
No shipping and cash on delivery, for product receipts from our main store in Rethymnon.
For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of € 2.50.
Courier Center according to the recent law 4446 / 22-12-2016 article 69, which prohibits the transactions of individuals for amounts over 500 € (final amount including VAT) in cash, informs that these shipments will be delivered to recipients, exclusively from the receptions of our stores, where payment will be made only with the use of a bank card and for the entire amount of the transaction. In case the recipient does not have a bank card with the corresponding balance, it will not be possible to deliver the shipment and the shipment will be returned to the sender.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS
All our products are sent by Courier Center.
For all the orders the shipping costs are 12.27 euros.
Delivery time
The products are sent to your place from our store in 1-3 working days from the completion of your order, provided that they are available. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the first working day after. The products are delivered by courier company to the address chosen by the user.
The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient within Greece. After your order is sent by us, you will receive a relevant email with detailed details. You can be informed about the progress of your order from your account information.
Delivery of the order is done in 1-3 working days. (We are not responsible for delays due to the cooperating transport company or due to force majeure.)
In case the user wishes to have the products delivered to him in a shorter period of time (delivery Saturday) will be charged extra (+3.10 euros).
