Change – Return – Product Replacement
Changes and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, not used or worn, their card has not been removed and must be accompanied by the purchase document (Receipt or Invoice). The user is obliged to try the product purchased without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.
If all the above conditions are met, CHAGALL is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt in CHAGALL by the partner courier (Courier Center). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user can either inform the company by e-mail or contact by phone to inform about the return of the product. . In order for the user to withdraw in time, it is sufficient that the information about withdrawal (in one of the two ways mentioned above) from the user to the company has taken place within the above period of 14 calendar days.

COST OF CHANGE
The return and shipping costs of the first change in Greece are not charged to the customer.
In case the consumer exercises the above right additional times then he will be charged both with the costs of sending the product to the company and with the costs of sending the new product to the consumer. The consumer in this case can choose the shipping company himself taking responsibility for shipping.
Cyprus: The cost of returning the product as well as the shipping costs of the new product are borne entirely by the customer.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Refunds or replacements must be made within 14 calendar days of the date the company sends an informative email to the user regarding its review of the defective product. In the event of a dispute, the company reserves the right to return the products. to the manufacturer for verification to determine if the complaint is genuine. Where possible, the company will repair the defective product. The refund will be made by the same method as the payment at the time of purchase. Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs. If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.
